An idealistic Deputy Lord Mayor, his power-hungry wife and a homeless woman trapped in a crate travel down the Maribyrnong River on their maiden voyage to Eden Gardens – the most exclusive, inclusive gated community this city has ever seen. As Rich (Walls) dreams of a bright new start for the violent and unnamed woman locked up for her own good – indeed, the good of humanity – Melody (Cox) fantasises about how she might bring about the demise of this wretched blight on her future happiness.
